Cheltenham Running Club’s Nutritionist, Georgina Graham, is running a 3 week Eat to Run plan for runners anywhere in the UK.
It’s all facilitated via a closed Facebook group where you’ll find the 72 page recipe book with guidance and recipes for Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners and Snacks. A weekly educational video and unlimited support will ensure you finish the 3 weeks excited about your new found potential.
The recipes are easy to prepare, tasty and perfect for ensuring you have more energy to throw at your training sessions.
Registrations close on Saturday the 10th of November.
